Corel Mega Gallery
All The Graphics You Will Ever Need!

I remember when clip art was VERY EXPENSIVE. Fifty images could easily cost you $30 to $50. Fonts were equally expensive with 12 or so costing $50.00 or more.

As CD-ROMS began to grow in popularity, inexpensive clip art CD's began to multiply. From 200 per disk it went to 1000 per CD and sold for $20 to $30. Fonts were offered at 100 for $25-$35. Pretty soon it was 3000 Clipart images and 500 fonts for $20.00. Prices soon dropped to the $10.00 level and I was buying CD's like crazy. Often the CD's were useless. The clip art was compressed into ZIP format and no book was enclosed to show you what the file was nor was there a viewer.

I finally stooped wasting money, and used the few CD's that came with a manual. A lot of the Clipart was worthless, but the modest price overcame the shortcomings.

A couple of years ago, Corel came out with Gallery I which had 10,000 clip art images as well as a terrific viewer. A year or so later Gallery II appeared with 15,000 clip art images, 500 Fonts, 500 photos, 75 sound clips and 10 video clips. Here at last was an easy to use CD with 100% useful Clipart and a terrific manual to accompany the viewer.

After using Gallery II for a short time, I gave away the other CD's I collected. A large part of the collection was in color as well. I thought that I had all the Clipart I would ever need. A famous person once said that "You can't bee too thin or too rich!" In the clip art and font world the same is true. More is better if you are creative and like to experiment with Clipart, fonts, and pictures as I do.

Several packages appeared touting 30,000and 65,000 Clipart images for about $49 to $60.00. I was tempted, but really, did I need all that Clipart?

Not until Corel came out with their MEGA GALLERY Collection. With 50,000 Clipart images, 60,000 low resolution photos, 1000 True Type Fonts, 200 sounds and 100 videos, for the amazing price of $49.95 at Fry's Electronics I couldn't resist.

Add to this Twain Complaint Scanning, File Conversion Capability, Screen Capture and a full color reference manual as well as a Wizard Style Search Interface and you have the ultimate multimedia graphics package. This graphics powerhouse comes on three CD-ROM's.

If you buy one Clipart/graphics package, this is the one you should purchase. If you produce greeting cards, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, annual reports and just about anything that will benefit from outstanding graphics, this is the package you need.

A photo example appears below.

See what I mean? If you require graphics (and who doesn't) you have to buy this program!
